Operation Summer Storm, known just as Summer Storm, was the codename for the 1916 offensive carried out by coalition forces, primarily supplied by fresh Valkenburg armies. It was meticulously planned out, as Valkenburg had spent the last six years taking notes on the major weakpoints of both coalition and axis forces and the Wehrmacht was taken by complete surprise. It resulted in the complete destruction of army group south and caused the greatest military defeat in Skogsmarkian history, killing or capturing 510,000 soldiers and caused a colossal route all the way back to Skogsmarkian pre-war borders.
